Ineos Integrates its North American ABS Business

Ineos is integrating its North American ABS business into Styrolution, the former joint venture with BASF, of which it recently acquired full control.

The Swiss-based group said the move, expected to be completed by the end of 2015, will enhance the standard and specialty ABS offering to customers and establish Styrolution as the clear market leader in ABS in the Americas.

Ineos will also become the continent's second largest ABS supplier behind SABIC.
