Gerresheimer Sells Technical Plastics Operations

Gerresheimer announced it has sold its technical plastics operations. The sales by this business, including the tool business which is also being sold, totalled €74 million in the financial year 2008. Purchase price including the debts taken over amounts to €12 million.
