Former U.S. Secretary of Energy Elected to Dupont Board of Directors

Samuel Bodman, former U.S. Secretary of Energy and former chairman and CEO of Cabot, was elected to the Dupont Board of Directors during the company's annual stockholders meeting. Bodman served as U.S. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury and Deputy Secretary of Commerce for the George W. Bush administration prior to his appointment as Secretary of Energy. Previously, Bodman was chairman and CEO of Cabot - a Boston-based global specialty chemical and materials business, president and COO of Fidelity Investments, and an associate professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
