Changes to the Executive Board of Simona

Effective from 1 January 2012, Mr. Fredy Hiltmann (56) is to be appointed as a new member of the Executive Board of Simona. Mr. Hiltmann will oversee the area of Corporate Finance (Chief Financial Officer).

By mutual consent with the Board, Chief Sales Officer Detlef Becker (51) will step down from his active role as a member of the Executive Board at the end of 30 September 2011. He has been an Executive Board member of Simona since 1 April 2008.

His role in the company will be assumed by Wolfgang Moyses, Chief Executive Officer of Simona.
