Celesio Sells Its Joint Venture Stake To Medco Health Solutions

Pharmaceutical and healthcare service provider Celesio and Medco Health Solutions Tuesday said they have mutually agreed to terminate their collaboration on offering services for chronically ill patients effective September 30.

Celesio sells its 50% share in the Medco Celesio joint venture to Medco Health Solutions. The two companies agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the purchase price and other terms of the agreement.
