Caldic Denmark Acquires Palm Trading

Caldic Denmark, a subsidiary of international chemicals distributor and producer Caldic B.V., said it has acquired Palm Trading. The acquisition will add €18 million in underlying sales to Caldic's results. The company said its acquisition of the seller of products for the Danish food industry will further expand Caldic's product portfolio in Nordic countries.
