Bunzl Closes Further Acquisitions in Brazil, Netherlands

Bunzl announced two further acquisitions together with the completion of the acquisition of Majestic Products. The company purchased Ideal Global Sistemas de Higiene from Ryssard and Rodrigo Zimnowlocki.

Revenue for the year ended December 31, 2010 was R$41.9 million and the gross assets acquired are estimated to be R$11 million.

Finally, following the announcement made on August 30, 2011, the company completed the acquisition of Majestic Products and its associated companies following clearance of the transaction by the competition authority in the Netherlands.
