Board Changes in Store at Wacker-Chemie

Joachim Rauhut (61), chief financial officer of Wacker Chemie, will leave the company as planned when his contract expires on October 31, 2015, the Munich-based chemical group has announced.

Tobias Ohler (44), a member of the Wacker executive board member since early 2013, will step into the CFO slot on November 1.

Also with effect from Nov. 1, Christian Hartel (44), currently president of Wacker Silicones, will join the Wacker Chemie executive board.
