Arkema Completes Divestment of Sunclear

Arkema has completed the divestment of its Sunclear plastic and aluminum sheet distribution business to BF Invest, its long-term trading party. The business that belongs to the French company’s PMMA arm and employs 354 people has annual sales of around €180 million and an enterprise value of €105 million. Arkema said the divestment of Sunclear is part of its program to shed assets worth €700 and refocus on core businesses.
