Andreas Fibig to Leave Bayer HealthCare

Andreas Fibig, president of Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, will leave the company to become CEO of International Flavors & Fragrances on Sept. 1, 2014. Bayer said it would nominate a successor shortly.
