Thomas Aebischer has been named new chief financial officer of LyondellBasell, with effect from Jan. 1, 2016. The new CFO comes from Holcim, where he held a number of positions, including CFO, during a nearly 20-year career at the company that merged with Lafarge earlier this year.
Aebischer succeeds Karyn Ovelmen, who in April was appointed CFO of Flowserv.
