New Dawn Silicones (formerly known as We Are Galaktika) enables a closed life cycle for silicone products. We close the material loops with a chemical recycling process. In this way, we significantly reduce energy consumption, waste generation and the need for natural resources in a silicone product. We collect end of life silicone, recycle it and return the purified high-quality liquid silicone to the production cycle. This is then used to create new silicone products. We have developed a technology for the chemical recycling of silicone. Our technology allows the use of end-of-life silicones as alternative feedstock for new high-quality silicones, contributing to a circular economy, saving energy, resources + beneficial carbon footprint balance. Our vision is to transform the linear silicone industry into a circular one by using existing resources more effectively. Compared to the linear silicone industry, we reduce the carbon footprint by 66 percent, significantly reduce energy to produce silicone, and contribute to the conservation of biomass and diversity.
