Valerie Diele-Braun resigned from her position as CEO and member of the Executive Board of IMCD at the end of April. Diele-Braun, who had held the position since October 2023, cited personal reasons for her decision. The Supervisory Board of the Dutch chemical distributor has appointed Marcus Jordan as her successor. Jordan has been a member of the Executive Board and COO of the Group since 2022. He has been with IMCD for more than 26 years and has in-depth industry knowledge and leadership skills. During his career with the company, he has held positions including President of Americas, Group Development Director and various strategic roles in the UK IMCD organization. He has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2014.
