Advanced Recycling Conference 2026

The Advanced Recycling Conference will take place on 17–18 November 2026 in Cologne, Germany (and online), bringing together international recycling experts for collaboration and partnership across various value chains. The conference highlights how innovative technologies maximise the valorisation of complex waste streams, including mixed plastics, textiles and automotive materials. These sectors face specific challenges such as fibre blends, composite structures, additives and increasing regulatory recycling targets. Conference topics therefore cover physical, chemical, thermochemical and biochemical processes, complemented by add-on solutions such as pre- and post-processing technologies as well as digital and AI-based solutions for sorting, traceability and process optimisation. A special session in cooperation with Vinyl Plus will focus on PVC recycling, e.g. of blister packs. 

By combining hands-on technological solutions, policy outlooks and cutting-edge research, this event connects industry, policymakers and researchers to jointly scale circular solutions.
