In 1962, Gebauer laid the foundation stone for the current group of companies in Solingen. Even back then there was a desire to provide companies with the best possible supply of office equipment and office supplies to make work easier and more efficient.

30 years later, in 1992, the step to become a provider of software solutions followed. The endeavour to offer innovative and customisable ERP solutions with a price-performance ratio tailored to medium-sized industrial companies still forms the basis for the orientation of the group of companies and the product portfolio today.

Today, the TimeLine Business Solutions Group comprises a total of eleven companies and a number of partners with locations in Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Luxembourg and India. Approximately 160 employees support over 1000 customers with more than 22 000 installations and help companies to progress with innovative software and IT solutions as well as personal and human contact. Saving time for necessary things and creating time for essential things that move people and companies forward remains the overarching mission.
