Symrise and Hofseth BioCare Partner on Marine Ingredients
To support its growth plans, HBC intends to convert its facility in Berkak into a state-of-the-art enzymatic hydrolysis plant that will triple the company’s current production.

HBC has developed a proprietary technology to upcycle fresh salmon offcuts not used in the production of fillets into bioactive ingredients with demonstrated health benefits.
