South Korean chemical producer Songwon has tapped Bodo Möller Chemie Russia as exclusive distributor of its polymer stabilizers in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine & Kazakhstan. The agreement took effect on May 1.

The Moscow-based distributor is part of Germany’s Bodo Möller Chemie Group, a leading supplier of specialty chemicals for plastics, adhesives, coatings and other industrial sectors.

Paolo Arnaboldi, global sales director of Songwon, said the arrangement signals another important step in developing the company’s market position in Eastern Europe. Jürgen Rietschle, managing director of Bodo Möller Chemie, added that Songwon’s products “perfectly complement” its product offering.
