On Jul. 1, German specialty chemicals distributor Bodo Möller Chemie Group will open a new branch office in Tel Aviv, Israel, dedicated to distributing the products of Huntsman Advanced Materials.

The distribution portfolio of the Bodo Möller offshoot, which will be known as BM Chemie Israel, will include base grades of epoxy resins, formulated systems and specialty composites sold to the adhesives and electronics sector as well as users of coating systems. Ultimate customers will be the aviation and aerospace industry and the processing of composite materials.

With the new Tel Aviv office, the German distributor said it is expanding its international business in the Middle East. In the long term, CEO Frank Haug said Israeli customers will benefit from additional products and an expanded raw material portfolio.
