The JUMO 406010 flow rate transmitter is suitable for conductive liquids in tubing with nominal widths from DN 15 to DN 400. Flow speeds from 0.2 to 10 m/s can be measured.

Standardized stainless steel and plastic fittings are available for mounting the transmitter in the tubing. Pressures to PN 16 and temperatures up to 150 °C are possible, depending on the type. The transmitter is fitted with a current output of 4 - 20 mA, a 0 - 240 Hz frequency output and a relay output with a 3 A, 250 V AC changeover contact. The power supply is 18 - 32 V DC. The instrument is reverse-polarity protected.

Whereas electrical connection is implemented by screw terminals, there are screw-type cable glands available for cable penetration. The flow rate transmitter can be adjusted to different measurement ranges via DIP switches.

To display and further process the measurement value, the flow rate transmitter can be connected to various instruments from the JUMO product range, as well as directly to a PLC.
