Van Zanten, a Dutch national, holds a master’s degree in law from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. After a career in law, she joined IMCD in 2020 as a legal counsel, focusing on M&A. She was appointed Director of M&A in 2022, a role in which, she has further strengthened and standardized the company’s M&A process and oversees all acquisitions globally.

Igerl is German and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Applied Science for Economy and Management in Munich, Germany. He has been with IMCD since 2019, first as Business Unit Manager of Advanced Materials in Germany, and then as the Managing Director of IMCD China. In 2022, he relocated to Singapore to lead the IMCD APAC region as President.
