Yiğitoğlu targets international growth through business scouting, strategically operated branch & distribution offices, and acquisitions. Immediate attention is given to the EMEA Region and Asian markets.

Göbel holds a PhD in biochemistry from the Technical University of Berlin. He participated in various executive development programs at the Boston Business School and at the St. Gallen University's SGMI Institute as well as INSEAD and IMD. He started his professional career in 1989 at Degussa and during his 32-years-lasting tenure in the company that is now Evonik he held senior management positions in product management, marketing and sales departments in Frankfurt and Hanau, Germany, and Shanghai, China. Most recently, he served as vice president Marketing & Sales Excellence, trainer & business coach.
