Budenheim Reorganizes Global Management Board

11.11.2021 - Specialty chemicals company Budenheim has announced the reorganization of its global managing board as it repositions itself in the wake of the launch of Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen.

Stefan Lihl, who has already been a member of Budenheim's global managing board since 2015, will take over as Chairman and CEO. André Seemann completes the global managing board as CFO and second member.

Harald Schaub, the long-standing chairman of the global managing board and CEO, is leaving the company to join the management board of Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen.

Lihl joined Budenheim in 1997. In 2015, he was appointed a member of the global managing board and assumed responsibility for all Business Units, R&D and Innovation.

Seemann joined Budenheim in 2016 as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. Since 2019, he has been a member of the site management of Budenheim Germany with responsibility for finance and administration.
