Rialti is based in Varese, Italy, and is one of the European market leaders in the production of sustainable PP compounds based on mechanically recycled raw material from post-industrial and post-consumer waste. With the acquisition, Borealis strengthens its own offering of circular polyolefin solutions by expanding its capacity to produce compounds based on recyclates to meet growing customer demand for sustainable solutions. Rialti has a capacity of 50,000 t/a to produce injection-molded and extruded PP compounds used in various industries such as automotive, home appliances and construction.
