Svetlana Dikina has been appointed as general manager of Biesterfeld Rus, based in Moscow, Russia. She will be responsible for all Russian business activities of the divisions Biesterfeld Plastic, Spezialchemie and Performance Rubber. 

As graduate chemist with an MBA, Svetlana Dikina started her career in R&D in the area of cosmetics, household and oral care. She also gained sales experience in this area to later work in distribution as business manager Personal, Home, Oral Care for Russia.
