In July 2012, the Klesch group acquired Arkema's vinyl products which now constitute Kem One, a new fully integrated company in the vinyl sector. The company employs 2,600 people at 22 manufacturing sites, primarily in Europe but also in Asia and North America. Kem One is Europe's third-largest producer of PVC with revenues in excess of €1 billion.

On January 1st 2013, Marco Toscano will be appointed Innovative Vinyls Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Kem One Executive Committee. Marco Toscano, 49 years old, is a graduate of the State University of Milan (Italy). From 1989 to 2004, he held different positions in Sika Group in research and development, quality and operations. In 2004, he joined Fiscatech Group as Chief Executive Officer. In 2008, he joined Arkema as Resilia General Manager.
