<p>The FIS core business is the Custom Synthesis, which means&nbsp;the exclusive production of intermediates, advanced intermediates and API's for the pharmaceutical companies that own the NDA.&nbsp; FIS provides a lot of integrated services to the customer such as: Research &amp; Development, Synthesis Process Optimization and scale-up&nbsp; for Validation and Commercial Launch. The company is involved even in the generic business, developing and selling a wide set of products such as: Anxiolytics, Anticonvulsant, Antidepressant, Analgesic, Anti Inflammatory, Antibacterial, Antifungal, Cardiovascular and Diuretic. Further,&nbsp; FIS has a Quality &amp; Compliance and a Regulatory Affairs internally.</p>

<li><strong>PHF</strong> - Own by Holding FIS, develops new generic product and sell some FIS products in the USA</li>
<li><strong>Datang</strong> - Own for a 60% by Holding FIS, is a research unit aimed at developing new chemical process. </li>
