Michel Spagnol has been appointed president and CEO of Novasep; he succeeds Patrick Glaser. Spagnol was most recently president and chief technology officer of Shasun; previously, he held several positions at Rhodia, including sales and marketing VP of Rhodia Pharma Solutions.

Novasep has also recently announced several investments in France and China. The company plans to build the world's largest build the world's largest chromatography plant dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry in Le Mans and is expanding its manufacturing anti-cancer therapies capabilities in Shanghai to serve the Asian market.

"Novasep is on the right track for continued growth and expansion with promising projects which will enable us to continue delivering value-added solutions for our global customers," Spagnol said.
